Been watching a lot of movies, lately. I like that not many people know that I am a secret film fanatic. Hipsters ruined a good amount of films with tumblr repost along with a picture of Ian Curtis and Morrissey. I'm happy that they almost never strike any of my interest, as I still feel completely individual from the masses. I think we live in an age where we don't treasure our individuality as much, or rather, we live in an age where we say we treasure individuality with some dumb post; then have someone reblog and add, " me too!" or "I thought I was the only one!". My point being is that tumblr killed the individual.
I don't even really get the concept of tumblr famous, I mean how could you take credit for an idea that tens of thousands shared as well. Blogs were once called journals and we'd only let a select few have the privilege of knowing our inner most demons through these pages. Now, we have teenagers in Chicago Bulls snapbacks clamoring at each other through tumblr, just dying to share their next Wiz Khalifa quote or their architecture of their bedrooms or how OFWGKTA is like the next Wu-tang Clan (p.s. There will never be another Wu. Wu-Tang Clan forever).
This was a meaningless rant, Hopefully my next update will contain some of my photos if Fuji can find and ship me my negatives, seriously, it's been 2 weeks already.
